USAFA — Justin Bean had 15 points to lead five Utah State players in double figures as the Aggies easily defeated Air Force 83-48.

Brock Miller added 14 points for the Aggies.

Air Force sophomore Nikc Jackson led the Falcons with 11 points.

Utah State forced Air Force into 26 turnovers, which led to a 45-5 advantage in points off turnovers. Forward Justin Bean led five players in double figures for Utah State with a game-high 15 points.

"It's both ends of the court," said Air Force head coach Joe Scott. "We got to figure out what to do offensively about those turnovers. There's no question about it about our execution and what we can do better. And then just as important, we got a watch film - watch what they did & what we can do better defensively. But we already know they got 45 points off those 26 turnovers that's a great place to start right there."

The Falcons and Aggies will play the second game of the two-game series this Saturday, Jan. 2 with tip time is 4 pm MT.
