MONUMENT — The Tri-Lakes 10u Little League team out of Monument is celebrating this week, as they won the 10u Colorado state tournament last week.
The team, made up on 8,9 & 10-year-olds, defeated teams from Grand Junction and Boulder to take the crown.
This is the biggest tournament this age group can play in and hope to compete in the 12u tournament next year, which can qualify teams for the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA.
