COLORADO SPRINGS — The Air Force Academy football team announced Wednesday that the upcoming game between the Falcons and the Colorado State Rams has been canceled due to COVID-19.
The game was scheduled for Thanksgiving Day at Falcon Stadium.
A statement released by the AFA football team said the cancellation was due to an increase in cases within the CSU program.
The Mountain West Conference is declaring the game a no contest and will not reschedule it. The conference is working with Air Force on alternative game options for this coming weekend.
