Rocky Mountain State Games kick off July 19

COLORADO SPRINGS — It's going to be a busy weekend for sports in Colorado Springs as the 18th annual Rocky Mountain State Games kick off!

The Games will be held July 19-21 and 26-28 and KOAA is a proud sponsor of the games.

Rocky Mountain State Games are Colorado's largest multi-sport festival for athletes of all ages and athletic abilities, including those with physical disabilities or visual impairment.

The Games will be at the following venues in Colorado Springs:

  • Olympic Training Center
  • National Strength & Conditioning Association
  • University of Colorado Colorado Springs
  • Colorado College
  • Memorial Park
  • Other venues in the Pikes Peak Region

The Colorado Springs Sports Corporation, which owns and operates the Games, is looking forward to a sixth consecutive year with more than 10,000 athletes competing.

Since its debut in 2002, The Rocky Mountain State Games have attracted more than 186,000 spectators and more than 124,000 athletes.

Admission costs:
Athletes and coaches get free admission, but spectators will be charged for the following sports: Basketball & Track & Field.
Daily admission fees: Adults (13 & over): $5. Youth 12 & under are admitted free. Weekend Pass: $12.
