The Rampart girls soccer team never got to step on the field in 2020 but they did receive a proper sendoff Tuesday night.

With cars lining the parking lot, the Rams 14 seniors were able to celebrate all they accomplished with a parade at the high school.

"Just to get to spend one last moment together as a team, we've built this team for three years now and we're super close on and off the field," senior midfielder Joey Garrett said. "So it's really exciting to spend the time together.

The 2020 Class was among the most successful in school history (41-9), winning the Metro title in each of their campaigns and finishing 17-1 last season before falling in the state quarterfinals.

"Just remember the success we had winning league for the three years we were able to play was huge, going 17-1 last year was also huge," senior forward Aspen Brandich said. "Making history for Rampart, was really special."

Several members of the team have committed to play college soccer next season at various schools across the country.
