No. 1 Cheyenne Mountain held off a tough battle from Sand Creek, winning 60-55 to improve to 10-0 on the season.
Up I-25, No. 9 Lewis-Palmer picked up a much-needed victory, holding off a late rally by Discovery Canyon 69-62.
With the win, the Rangers stop their recent skid, moving to 7-4 this year.
