It was a busy Friday night of high school hoops in Southern Colorado with several standout teams taking to the hardwood.
In boys action, Rampart won an impressive road contest at Doherty, 56-45.
The Spartans and Rams also locked up on the girls side, with DHS taking the contest, 68-33. Trailing 25-18 at halftime, Falcon rallied to upend Lewis-Palmer, 50-46 in the Lady Rangers gym.
No. 6 Air Academy also proved to be up for the challenge, winning at Palmer Ridge, 53-38. Colorado commit Kylee Blacksten led the Kadets with 18 points, with Annie Louthan adding 16.
