Mother nature did cooperate for Week 2 of High School football, but that didn't stop the Fever of Friday Football Fever.
In our game of the week, Pueblo West and Pueblo County went at it for the 19th annual Pigskin Classic. The Cyclones would take this year's trophy with a 29-3 win.
On Thursday night, Doherty fell to Mullen 44 to 17.
Back-to-back Palmer Ridge also flexed on Friday night with their shutout win over Canon City, 48-0.
Pueblo Central, Palmer, Florence, & Pike Peak Christian all picked up wins on Friday night as well.
