SOUTHERN COLORADO - — The Colorado High School Activities Association announced the 2020 playoff softball bracket on Sunday night and five Southern Colorado teams made the cut.
Four teams in the 4A division will compete for a state championship. They include:
No. 12 Pueblo South at No. 5 Riverdale Ridge
No. 14 Mesa Ridge at No. 3 Holy Family
No. 11 Silver Creek at No. 6 Silver Creek
No. 15 Air Academy vs. No. 2 D'Evelyn
In the 3A division, only La Junta made the tournament as the 9 seed. They will face No. 8 Fort Lupton in the first round, on the road.
All first round game will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 7th, with the state title game on Saturday, Oct. 10th.
