PHOENIX — The Air Force men’s basketball (4-12, 2-10 MW) dropped a 75-62 Mountain West contest to San José State (5-11, 3-9 MW) Saturday afternoon at Ability 360 Sports & Fitness Center.

Junior AJ Walker scored 16 points to lead the Falcons.

The loss also moves the Falcons losing streak to 5-straight games, all of which are Mountain West Conference contests.

Air Force dug its self a big hole in the first half, trailing by as many as 16 points.

The Falcons got game down to three points late in the game, but could not get over the hump. Three three’s by Trey Smith of SJSU with under five minutes to play put the game out of reach.

Glen McClintock was the fourth Falcon in double figures, scoring 12 points and just missing a double-double with eight rebounds.
