Falcons down Niagara in closing minutes, 4-3

With the game tied at 3-3, Falcons senior Brady Tomlak scored with less than three minutes to play as the Air Force men's hockey team held off Niagara 4-3 Friday night at the Cadets Ice Arena.

Marshall Bowery, Blake Bride and Brandon Koch also scored for the Falcons in the victory. Sophomore goaltender Alex Schilling made 12 saves to pick up the win.

After splitting with the Purple Eagles in November, Frank Serratore's set the tone, taking four different leads in the contest.

With the win, Air Force improves to 7-10-4 and 7-6-1 in Atlantic Hockey play. The Falcons will look for the series sweep Saturday night, puck drop is set for 5:05 p.m.
