LAS VEGAS — The Air Force men’s basketball (1-1) lost its first game of the year, 63-45, to Seattle (3-0) at the Men’s Vegas Bubble at T-Mobile Arena Saturday afternoon.
Freshman Glen McClintock led the Falcons with 11 points.
Sophomore forward Nikc Jackson and senior forward Keaton Van Soelen scored nine points each. Jackson pulled down a team-high six rebounds and Van Soelen added four boards.
Junior guard AJ Walker scored five points and junior forward Abe Kinrade added four off the bench. Freshman Joseph Octave made his collegiate debut in reserve, playing two minutes.
Riley Grigsby led five Redhawks in double-figures, scoring 13 points. Seattle made 11 three’s on the day and shot 42 percent from the field.
Air Force returns to action Saturday, Dec. 5, in its home-opener, hosting Lamar.
