Air Force & CSU-Pueblo football host annual Pro Day

SOUTHERN COLORADO — Both the Air Force Falcons & the CSU-Pueblo Thunderwolves hosted their annual Pro day on Monday in front of a dozen NFL scouts.

For Air Force, the Falcons had three players participate in wide receiver Geraud Sanders, defensive back Zane Lewis and kicker Jake Koehnke.

For CSU-Pueblo, the Thunderwolves had 8 players perform. Some notable players include Coronado alum Austin Micci, Emery Taylor, Jamaal Sears, Tevin Donnell, James Maxie and Kyle Rosenbrock.

All the players went throught the usual NFL combine drills like the 40-yard dash, bench press, vertical jump, broad jump, 3-cone drill and 20-yard shuttle.

The hope is all 13 players impressed the scouts in attendence to get a shot in the NFL.
