The Air Force men's basketball team finished 2019 in style, defeating UC-Riverside 105-56 Tuesday afternoon at Clune Arena.

Easily one of their best shooting performances of the season, the Falcons shot 60.7% from the field (34-56) and 65.2% from three-point range (15-23).

Senior Ryan Swan led the way with a game-high 25 points, while fellow classmate Caleb Morris added 22 on 6-of-7 shooting from downtown,

"It's so nice, so nice, as I go to sleep and get ready for practice tomorrow," Swan said. "It's going to be nice to wake up to a new year and not thinking about the last year."

"It feels good, that was a good win right there in front of the home crowd," Morris said. "Wanting to close it out and have some fun today. We're starting to get some confidence back and get some swagger to us."

Back to .500 at 7-7 on the season and now entering Mountain West Conference play for the remainder of their schedule, Air Force will hit the road Saturday to take on UNLV at 8 p.m.
