PUEBLO — We're keeping track of local southern Colorado restaurants, bars and coffee shops that are still open for business, offering delivery or take-out options for Coloradans during the COVID-19 crisis.
Now is the time to support local businesses if you're able to and enjoy great food at the same time!
In this week's #TakeoutTuesday, we are featuring Bingo Burger in Pueblo located at 101 Central Plz right across the street from the Pueblo Transit Center.
Bingo Burger opened its doors in 2010 after being launched during Pueblo’s Annual Chile & Frijole Festival in 2007.
Owned by Richard Warner, Bingo Burger bring a unique flavor of the locally-grown and roasted Pueblo chile and mixes them right into the beef before grilling.
Fredel Wiant tell News 5 that Bingo Burger has become a staple of the Pueblo community.
"At Bingo Burger I always get either the miniBingo with sweet potato fired and cranberry barbecue dipping sauce or the Bingo salad with balsamic glazed salmon," said Wiant.
Bingo Burger offers burgers and fries (cooked to order), creamy milkshakes and malts and icy, cold Colorado craft beers all served in a fun and funky atmosphere.
Bingo Burger is open 7-days a week, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
