NEW YORK — Wall Street charted a new round of records Friday, as the Dow, NASDAQ, and S&P 500 all closed at all-time highs.
That makes six record closes this week.
Hopes for an interest rate cut drove the gains. The Central Bank is expected to lower rates to boost the economy as its July 31st meeting.
