KOB — New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham wants to make tuition free for all in-state resident students at all public colleges in New Mexico.
The governor announced her plan at a news conference Wednesday.
The new program, called the New Mexico Opportunity Scholarship, would provide 100% of tuition and fees for state residents with a high school diploma or equivalency.
