Police: Puppy stolen at gunpoint from Denver park

DENVER – Police in Denver are asking for the public’s help locating a puppy they say was stolen at gunpoint.

Loki, a 2-month-old mini dachshund, was taken from his owner at gunpoint in Nettie Moore Park, located in the 1200 block of North Utica Street, last Thursday around 7 p.m., according to a Crime Stoppers release.

Two juvenile males have been identified in relation to the robbery, but the puppy has not yet been located, police said.

Anyone with information to the whereabouts of the puppy is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
