COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KOAA) — Police in Colorado Springs were asking for help with locating a missing 13-year-old girl. She was last seen Sunday at 3 a.m.

Sunday night, police posted a photo of Madison Williams-Brooks to social media explaining she was last seen at about 3 Sunday morning in an area just west of Prospect Lake. She reportedly left a friend's house, and police consider her "at-risk."
"Madison is a black female about 5’6” tall, and weighs about 100 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes, and wears glasses," police wrote on X.

A Colorado Springs teacher has been suspended from her position for more than two months now. The district won't comment on specifics, but the teacher says she was targeted for speaking out.
