PUEBLO, Colo. (KOAA) — The man who died following a crash along Eagleridge Boulevard in Pueblo earlier this week has been identified.
According to the Pueblo County Coroner, he was 42-year-old Randy A. Meador.
Background Information
According to the Pueblo Police Department, the crash happened around 7 p.m. on Tuesday in the 500 block of Eagleridge Boulevard, which is located east of I-25.
Police say the crash involved three vehicles.
When officers arrived, they say Pueblo Fire Department was on scene working to extricate a person, later identified as Meador, from one of the cars. Meador was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to police, several other people were injured and were taken to area hospitals for evaluation and treatment. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
Police are still investigating the crash, and at this time, no details on what led up to it have been released.
According to police, this was the 13th traffic death in Pueblo this year.
