AURORA, Colo. – A man died in a car crash Thursday afternoon that occurred as he allegedly fled a different crash in Aurora.
Police said the man was in a hit-and-run crash near 6th Ave. and Sable Blvd. Thursday afternoon. After fleeing the crash, he got into another crash about a mile south, near Sable Blvd. and Centerpoint Drive.
The man, who has not been identified, died as a result of the second crash, police said.
Aurora police said they were not pursuing the man when the crash occurred.
