LOVELAND, Colo. – Police in Loveland are asking for your help to identify a man whom they say has tried to break into children’s bedroom windows at least three times this month.

The man has been spotted “acting suspiciously” at an apartment complex on Knobcone Road, a Loveland Police Department spokesperson said.

The sightings were phoned in to police on Aug. 6 with three witnesses reporting a man in dark clothing. In one call, a resident reported that the man may have tried to enter a home through a bedroom window. Police said the screen was moved but entry into the home did not happen.

In another, a resident reported observing a man on his front porch and was able to capture a photo of the suspect that was then reported on the Loveland Police Department Facebook page.

In the third call, another resident said he saw the man in the area near their residence but when the homeowner tried to confront the suspect, the man fled. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

If you can identify the man in the photo, please contact Officer Aaron Stanek at 970-962-2502 ext. 1182. Thank you for your assistance.
