COLORADO SPRINGS – KOAA-TV, the Citizens Project and the League of Women Voters of the Pikes Peak Region teamed up to bring you the 2018 Issues Forum with News 5’s Alasyn Zimmerman as the moderator.
The forum took place on Wednesday, October 17th at Sierra High School.

The discussion was focused on the following ballot issues:
- Proposition 112 – Setback requirement for oil and gas development
- Amendment 74 – Just Compensation for Reduction in Fair Market Value by Government Law or Regulation
- Proposition 109 – “Fix our damn roads”
- Proposition 110 – Increase sales and use tax to fund road improvements
