PUEBLO — Pueblo Police are investigating a fatal stabbing near McDonalds on Bonforte Blvd.
Officers responded to a reported stabbing Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Hunter Dr. and Bonforte Blvd on Pueblo's east side.
A female victim was found at the scene and rushed to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
Officers later arrested 41-year-old Brian Rodriguez at the scene. Pueblo Police have not detailed the charges against him.
The victim has not been identified yet. There's no information available yet on how the victim and suspect may have known each other.
This is the 16th homicide investigation in Pueblo this year.
