COLORADO SPRINGS — Westside Development Partners released new plans for the Victory Ridge project off Voyager and Interquest, showing the location of the city's first In-N-Out Burger restaurant.
The popular fast food chain is expected to be located northwest of Icon Cinema, the largest theater in Colorado.
A distribution center and office complex will also be located in the area.
An opening date has not been announced.
Work is also wrapping up at Viewhouse's newest location, off Woodmen Road and Campus.
Their website says a big opening celebration is planned for Feb. 13.
Construction also continues on SCHEELS' second store in the state.
The 220,000 square foot outlet will feature 75 specialty shops when it opens in April.
