COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs Fire Firefighters have brand new tools for saving lives. Tuesday, the city unveiled four new fire engines and a new ladder truck, all equipped with the newest life saving technology.

"The four fire engines and ladder truck you see here today are great examples of positive changes in the fire department's fleet,'' according to Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers.

The fire department has replaced nine engines and two ladder trucks over the last two years.
