PUEBLO WEST — The Pueblo West Metro District is asking residents to help take care of a popular pond.

Recently, district workers found a park table had been thrown in Cattail Crossing Pond. Several fences were also destroyed.

The Parks Director said vandalism has been an ongoing issue.

Since Parks and Rec only has four maintenance employees, the District is asking for people to exercise personal responsibility so everyone can enjoy the pond.

If you see any issues at the Cattail Crossing Pond, contact the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office.
