PUEBLO — On Friday, the United Way of Pueblo held a community supply drive collecting medical supplies for COVID-19.
Volunteers collected medical masks, face shields, and protective gowns at the state fairgrounds to give to local hospitals.
"We have heard from some of our partners that there is a need," explained Shanna Farmer from the United Way of Pueblo. "We want to meet their needs, but also be preemptive and have these supplies ready to go when they need increases."
If you are still looking to donate, please call the Pueblo COVID-19 hot-line at 719-583-4444.
