COLORADO SPRINGS — People from every walk of life have made adjustments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the military.
The 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson and the city of Colorado Springs are promoting Army Hiring Days.
In a podcast Friday, senior leaders at posts across the country discussed job opportunities in the Army, as well as possible impacts on local economies.
It's the Army's first nationwide hiring effort.
Major General Matthew McFarlane, Commander of the 4th Infantry Division, said there are many more opportunities today as technology has altered the Army's recruiting practices.
