COLORADO SPRINGS — 'Tis the season for giving, and by donating a toy at ViewHouse restaurant, you're not only helping put a smile on a child's face - but you could walk away with a sweet reward, too.

The toy drive at ViewHouse is a partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region.

It's happening through December 11, and inside the restaurant you'll find a bin where you can donate a toy. As a thank you, the restaurant will even treat you to a sweet cocktail.

"You bring in an unwrapped toy, we'll give you a delicious, festive peppermint martini," said ViewHouse manager Ryan Ohara.

So far the restaurant has collected about 50 toys and their goal is to collect 200. All the toys will go to the Boys and Girls Club, which is a non-profit that builds self-esteem and life skills in kids ages six to 18.

ViewHouse will also be donating ten family meals to this organization on Tuesday, November 24.
