COLORADO SPRINGS — Sports retailer SCHEELS is opening a second store in Colorado Springs, and plans to hire 350 people to fill a variety of full- and part-time positions.

SCHEELS said they are looking for outdoor enthusiasts who are passionate about sports and are good with people.

And there will be more to do in the store than shop.

"We do have a baseball simulator, we're gonna have a golf simulator, we've got some pretty cool attractions. We've got a mini bowling alley, a cafe. So there's a lot of things that will be going on in the store," said store leader Cory Tweden.

Interviews start Monday, August 3, and they hope to have all of the positions filled by next March, ahead of the grand opening.

You can apply online at the SCHEELS website.
