COLORADO SPRINGS — The Space Foundation announced Friday morning that the 36th annual Space Symposium is postponed.
The event was originally scheduled for March 30 through April 2 at the Broadmoor Hotel. The foundation released a statement that they will work with the city to figure out when the Space Symposium can be rescheduled.
News5 received questions from viewers the last few weeks about why the event has not been canceled. The event is known internationally, bringing hundreds of people to the area.
The event's website says the event brings leaders from "commercial, government and military space from around the world." Lockheed Martin also exhibits the latest in space technology.
