Wolf Creek will be one of the hardest hit from this storm. There will be considerable avalanche danger in the San Juans this weekend

In addition to periodic of snowfall, the weekend will also become cold and windy. Expect blustery conditions in the mountains, with most areas expecting temperatures in the single digits and teens. Wind gusts will be in the 40-50 mph range during the storm and even afterwards, on Sunday when conditions begin to clear.
