Search organized for teen missing out of Costilla County

COSTILLA COUNTY — A search has been organized for a missing teen out of Costilla County.

The Costilla County Sheriff's Office says 15-year-old Thomas Curtis has been missing since Nov. 15.

His mother has organized a search that will happen this Saturday. The search party will begin at 10 a.m. meeting by the Lobato Bridge in San Luis.

He was last seen on his bike near Rio Grande Ranches near Road G in Costilla County. He was supposed to go down to the river, but he never arrived and his bike was later found in an abandoned trailer on Road G.

Curtis was last seen wearing a short-sleeve blue/grey button-up shirt underneath a brown hoodie and blue jeans.
