ROCKY FORD — Seniors at Rocky Ford were honored on Friday night in graduation ceremony with COVID-19 restrictions.

The 2020 celebration was a drive-up graduation.

Vehicles lined up, and the 40 seniors with their families, drove up and were handed their diplomas and other awards.

"It is very surreal to be honest," explained Cindy Cowan, the principal at Rocky Ford High School. "It is not ideal in what we want, but we are super proud that we are able to get something together for the students that they can remember and that the community can still be apart of."

After the graduation, a celebration was held for the 40 seniors at the town's main street.
