PUEBLO — Pueblo has a puffing problem.
Puffins is leaving you car running while it warms up. It happens a lot this time of year.
The Pueblo Police Department said it has seen an increase in these thefts this year. There have been 53 through November. There were 44 all of last year.
"These vehicles are used in other crimes and it is a hardship for everybody," Sgt. Franklyn Ortega said.
In Pueblo, you can get a ticket if you are caught puffing.
