PUEBLO WEST — Colorado State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Highway 50 in Pueblo West.
The crash happened on Highway 50 at Swallows Rd.
A vehicle driven by Lisel Weidenborner of Pueblo West was turning left from westbound CO 50 onto Swallows road when it pulled out in front of a Ford F-350 traveling eastbound on CO 50.
The F350 hit the side of the other vehicle and both went off the side of the road.
State Patrol said Weidenborner was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. She was wearing her seatbelt.
The occupants of the Ford were transported to the hospital to be checked for injuries. State Patrol said alcohol and drugs are not suspected as a contributing factor in the crash.
