PUEBLO — Coronavirus is changing the way people will have to vote in Pueblo.

Every registered voter must now mail in or drop off their ballot for next Tuesday's special election.

So far, about 20 people have used the curbside service, officials said.

"It's your chance to have a voice in this election," said Gilbert Ortiz, Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.

To ensure your vote counts, make sure you double check to see that your registration information is up to date.

If someone needs a new ballot for any reason, they can call ahead and receive a new ballot curbside.
