PUEBLO — Pueblo Police are asking the public to help locate a missing man.
According to police, 23-year-old Raymond French has a mental disability and he may be in danger.
French is described as being 5'8", 180 pounds with short hair, brown eyes, and glasses.
He was last seen in the 1700 block of East Evans Ave.
