PUEBLO — A Pueblo man found his vehicle "engulfed in flames" just after midnight Thursday, according to Pueblo police.
Pueblo Police Captain Tom Rummel tweeted the car owner said he heard a vehicle drive by and popping noises when he looked outside to find his car on fire.
Rummel said officers and the fire department found the car on fire and extinguished the flames in the 600 block of E. 9th St., which is east of Fountain Creek near 8th Street. The vehicle was parked close to a house and police said there was no damage.
Police said the owner did not have any "definite" information on the suspect. If you have information, you can call the Pueblo Police Department at (719) 553-2502.
