Pueblo police looking for help identifying robbery suspects

PUEBLO — The Pueblo Police Department is looking for three suspects in an armed robbery at the Family Dollar store at 1151 S. Prairie Ave. this week.

PPD says around 7:30 Wednesday evening three males entered the store and held the clerk at knife point, taking cigarettes, a small amount of cash, and a black backpack.

They were seen running from the scene a short distance away. Officers searched the area but did not find any of the suspects, but the backpack was found near a fence in the search area.

One suspect was wearing a red shirt, black baseball cap, and white bandanna; one wore a black hoodie and a Ninja Turtle mask, and described as having curly blond hair; the third wore a gree long-sleeve turtleneck and dark bandanna, and had short black hair.

All three are between 5'5" and 5'8" tall with thin or average builds.
