PUEBLO — The Helen T. White Galleries and Buell Children's Museum will open to members at limited capacity from July 1 to July 3.

Starting Wednesday, July 1, members will be able to attend morning and afternoon sessions with timed tickets. The Buell Children's Museum is opening a new exhibit called, "Adventures in Art: From Pyramids to Printing Presses," but will maintain social distancing guidelines.

"The Helen T. White Galleries will be opening “Inspiration: Dale Chihuly, James Mongrain and Vintage Venetians from the George R. Stroemple Collection.” All works are from The George R. Stroemple Collection, an S&S Collaboration," according to the release.

Guests are able to take private tours of "Gray and Gray: 75 Years of Working in Dirt," and "Meditations on Truth and Beauty," but only by request. A virtual dance studio is now running as well. Physical classes will be offered to students soon, but will be limited in order to maintain social distancing. Large rentals, theater performances, and other large events are still postponed, and the Summer Festival Fridays series is canceled due to COVID-19. This includes the 48th Anniversary Gala Fundraiser that was scheduled for this Friday, June 5. The Gala Fundraiser still encourages people to donate by mailing in a tax-deductible check donation to 210 N. Santa Fe Avenue, Pueblo, CO 81003, or by credit card when you call (719) 295-7200.
