BEULAH — The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office is warning people there will be a test of the flood sirens around Beulah Monday.

The test is set to happen at noon. If you hear the sirens, don't be alarmed. Unfortunately, that area has been no stranger to flash flooding in the years following the Junkins Fire and the Beulah Hill Fire in 2016

The communities of Wetmore and Westcliffe have been affected by landslides and flash flooding this year to the north of Beulah in the Wet Mountain Valley, and there is still a chance of severe weather Monday afternoon.
