PUEBLO — The Pueblo County Courthouse is showcasing its holiday spirit with their tallest Christmas tree yet.

The tree was delivered Tuesday and stands at 33 feet tall, nearly double the size of last year's tree.

According to the county, the Christmas trees from 2018 and 2017 stood at 17 feet and 12 feet respectively.

Five thousand LED lights and other decorations will go on the tree in the next two weeks.

This year's tree lighting will take place on Nov. 26 at the courthouse.

News5 will join the fun in Pueblo's annual Parade of Lights this year on Saturday, Nov. 30, starting at 5:30 p.m.

The theme for the parade this year is "Christmas at the Movies" and will start at the intersection of Abriendo and Union avenues.
