PUEBLO — Radial, which calls itself a omnichannel commerce technology and operations company, is looking to hire 1,080 customer care workers in Pueblo County to support increased demand during the holiday season. It's a large call center and the company says it is looking to hire people from across the Pikes Peak region.

Workers will be responsible for addressing key customer issues over the phone, email, chat, text and other social media platforms to drive sales and followup with existing customers. Radial says it will provide training to prospective workers with the opportunity to work from home as well.

Those who are coordinating the hiring operation here in Southern Colorado told News5 "We want to make sure this is one of the premier customer service centers in our business, it is a great location, great workforce and we got a lot of new clients we need to find space for."

In a news release from their corporate headquarters, Radial says "From fashion and electronics to gourmet food companies and more, the world's favorite brands trust Radial to build and sustain valuable relationships with their customers" Andrea Crawford, Senior Manager says "We are thrilled to be creating 1,080 additional jobs in Pueblo, with new work-from-home opportunities that will allow more residents to take advantage of these seasonal positions".

While this is primarily a seasonal hiring event, the company says that there are long term prospects in the future. Once a person is hired, they say, they can speak with their direct supervisor for details on how to become a full time employee.

For now, if you are interested in getting hired, the customer care center is located at 5 William White Boulevard in Pueblo. You can also log on to radial.com and click on "careers" for information about the company and how to get
