PUEBLO — CSU Pueblo is helping a high school military program prepare for cyber attacks.

The university donated 12 laptops to Centennial High School's cyber team.

It's all part of the JROTC program that trains students to be ethical hackers and fight off cyber attacks.

"I am so thankful for this because it is really a gift to be able to compete with top of the line stuff and to be able to compete with new equipment," Adalia Rocha, Battalion Commander, said.

The cyber team will have it's first competition on September 7th.
