CSPD asks for public's help identifying robbery suspect

COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Police Department released photos of a robbery suspect who threatened he would use a gun at a bank and gave a note that demanded money last month.

CSPD said the suspect approached a bank teller at the TCF Bank at 3290 Centennial Blvd. on Sept. 9.

Officers said the man left the bank in a white four-door pickup truck.

CSPD said the suspect is a white male between 50 to 65 years old, 6'0" tall and between 160 to 170 pounds. Police said he has a thin build, a mustache, and salt and pepper hair that was pulled back into a bun.

He was wearing a white baseball cap, sunglasses, a light blue long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots. Officers said the suspect has some discoloration on his right cheek on the right side of his mouth.
