COLORADO SPRINGS — If you would like to get out enjoy Garden of the Gods with no vehicles, Wednesday is your chance.
The city is hosting an "Early Bird Hike and Bike" Wednesday morning from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m.
During this time, cars will not be allowed in the park and hikers and bikers can spread out on the roads.
"Biking, or hiking, or trail running, or walking their dog, it's just a great way to experience the park," Park Manager John Stark said.
The event is free. Social distancing and COVID-19 protocols will be observed.
