PUEBLO — A new queen is starting her reign at the State Fair.
83-year-old Wanda Rodibaugh has been crowned this year's Silver Queen.
Rodibaugh beat out 10 other contestants to win the honor.
"Well I am just in shock," Rodibaugh said. "I can't believe it. I'm too old to be a queen. It's just wonderful it is so great, so nice."
Contestants were challenged in different events, including an interview and talent show.
Wanda will now do Tea with the Queen and be part of the State Fair parade next year.
