MANITOU SPRINGS — A big time traffic alert if you are planning on driving up Ute Pass on Friday morning.

After a couple of days of delays due to weather, the cog railway car that is on it's way to the Woodland Park rest area, is loaded and ready for the trip.

Workers have been moving around passenger cars the past several days to find a new location for the cars to get renovated.

Weather permitting, the move will start at 9 on Friday morning, so watch for the slowing traffic and the escort vehicles as it winds up the pass.

We're told the trip should take about an hour.
